2. User-Generated Content

By posting deals, comments, or other content ("Content") on the Site you grant Rapid Savings a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, and display that Content on the Site. You remain responsible for any Content you post and warrant that it does not infringe any third-party rights or applicable law.

We reserve the right to remove any Content at our sole discretion, including Content that violates our Community Rules.

3. Affiliate Links & Commercial Relationships

We reserve the right to use affiliate links on the Site. This means that when you click a deal link we may receive a commission or other compensation from the retailer at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence the community voting or ranking of deals. We will endeavour to disclose affiliate relationships where required by applicable advertising standards.

4. Accuracy of Deal Information

Deals are submitted by community members. Rapid Savings does not verify the accuracy, availability, or pricing of any deal. Prices and availability may change at any time. Always confirm deal details on the retailer's website before making a purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

The Rapid Savings name, logo, and Site design are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce or use them without our prior written consent.

6. Third-Party Links

The Site contains links to third-party websites. We have no control over and accept no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party site.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rapid Savings excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any Content or deals posted on it.

8. Advertising
